About Me
My name is Danielle and I am the face behind A Knotty Habit Designs.
I live in Alberta, Canada with my husband, our two fun loving sons and our energetic german shepherd.
I tried my hand at crocheting in early elementary school and that’s when my love of fibre arts started. I crocheted on and off for years but it wasn’t until I became pregnant with my first son, did my love of crochet really ignite and I haven’t stopped since.
A Knotty Habit Designs has input from each person in my little family. My children help me design, they tell me what they like and what colours they want, and I bring their idea to fruition.
My oldest son has quite the eye for colour, just like his father. My husband will help me with photographing, lets me talk through my thought process and is always cheering me on.
